Section 27. Sale Of Gases

Gases, such as natural gas, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, propane, oxygen, acetylene and nitrous oxide, are tangible personal property. Therefore receipts from selling gases to a governmental agency may be deducted from gross receipts under Section 7-9-54 NMSA 1978. [3.2.212.27 - N, 3/15/10]
