Section 50. Maintenance Of Building And Grounds

The boarding home’s buildings and systems shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Such maintenance shall include, but is not limited to, the following: A. all electrical, mechanical, water supply, heating, fire protection, and sewage disposal systems must be maintained in a safe and functioning condition, including regular inspections of these systems; B. all equipment and materials needed for resident use shall be maintained clean and in good repair; C. all furniture and furnishings must be kept clean and in good repair; and D. the grounds of the boarding home must be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition at all times.
