Section 16. Reporting Requirements

A. Grantees shall submit a quarterly report to the division on October 15, January 15, April 15, and July 10. B. The division shall prescribe the format and content of quarterly reports, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (1) fiscal reporting on the expenditure of grant funds and match expenditures; and (2) program reporting, including, but not limited to, the number of clients served; the gender, age, grade, and ethnicity of clients; the type of offense; the number of components provided to clients; and the number of open, pending and closed cases.
