Deadline For Filing A Complaint

All complaints alleging violations of the Healthy Workplaces Act must be filed with the division within three years of when the last alleged violation occurred. The 11.1.6 NMAC 4 division will accept complaints for investigation in which any portion of the alleged violation falls within the three- year time limit.
