Section 16. Scheduling Hearing

A. Scheduling: promptly upon receipt of a timely request for hearing, the authority shall schedule a hearing to be held in Santa Fe, unless the hearing is required to be held elsewhere by applicable regulation. B. Change of location: upon timely motion, and with a showing of undue hardship and burden, the hearing officer may order the hearing location changed.
