N.M. Stat. § 58-13C-307
Waiver and modification.
The director may waive or modify, in whole or in part, any or all of the requirements
of Sections 302 [58-13C-302 NMSA 1978] and 303 [58-13C-303 NMSA 1978] of the
New Mexico Uniform Securities Act and Subsection B of Section 304 [58-13C-304
NMSA 1978] of that act or the requirement of any information or record in a registration
statement or in a periodic report filed pursuant to Subsection I of Section 305 [58-13C-
305 NMSA 1978] of that act.
