Judicial review.

A. A final order issued by the director pursuant to the New Mexico Uniform Securities Act is subject to judicial review in accordance with the provisions of Section 39-3-1.1 NMSA 1978. B. The filing of an appeal pursuant to Subsection A of this section does not, unless specifically ordered by the court, operate as a stay of the director's order or rule, and the director may enforce or ask the court to enforce the order pending the outcome of the review proceedings.
