§ 66-8-9. Penalty for felony

Any person convicted of violating any provision of the Motor Vehicle Code declared a felony, and punishment is not specified, is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978 .
