§ 19-10-36. Rules and regulations; protection of instruments and records

The commissioner is authorized to make, publish and enforce all necessary and reasonable rules and regulations for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this act and shall take necessary precautions for the safekeeping and protection of the instruments and records referred to in this act.
