§ 6-34-7. Rulemaking; board

The board shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the provisions of the Opportunity Enterprise Act to: A. establish procedures for applying and qualifying for enterprise assistance; B. establish economic development goals for the state in consultation with the department; C. govern the application procedures and requirements for enterprise assistance; D. determine how to select and prioritize applications for enterprise assistance to be funded by the authority; and E. provide safeguards to protect public money and other public resources subject to the Opportunity Enterprise Act.
