§ 19-11-2. Fire prevention and watershed protection; agreement with federal or private agencies

In order to carry out the provisions of this act, as well as for cooperative forest fire prevention and watershed protection, the commissioner of public lands is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with federal or private agencies.
