§ 19-12-13. Acceptance of gift, or loan, from federal government authorized

The commissioner of public lands is authorized to accept any services, equipment, supplies, materials or funds by way of gift, or loan, from the United States government, which could be used in carrying out the purposes of the Land Office Building Act.
