continuing education. A. The division may issue a license or certificate pursuant to the Elevator Safety Act that is valid for up to four years. B. The renewal of a journeyman elevator mechanic's certificate shall consist of not less than eight hours of continuing education instruction. C. The courses shall be taught through continuing education providers that are approved by the division and may include association seminars and labor training programs.
