Application for contractor's license.

A. Applications for a contractor's license or a certificate of qualification shall be submitted to the division on forms prescribed and furnished by the division and shall contain the information and be accompanied by the attachments required by regulation of the commission. B. Except as provided in Section 4 [60-13-14.1 NMSA 1978] of this 2021 act, the application shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
