Penalty; enforcement. (Repealed effective July 1, 2028.)

A. Violation of any provision of the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act is a misdemeanor. B. The department or the board may bring civil action in any district court to enforce any of the provisions of the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Act.
