N.M. Stat. § 62-10-2
Other hearings by commission.
The commission may in addition to the hearings specifically provided by this act,
conduct such other hearings as may be required in the administration of the powers and
duties conferred upon it by this act, after notice as hereafter provided shall be given to
the persons interested therein.
