§ 9-15A-7.2. Information not subject to inspection

The following information created, obtained or maintained by the department is not subject to inspection pursuant to the Inspection of Public Records Act: A. proprietary technical or business information related to the development of specific marketing or advertising campaigns for the state; and B. a consumer's individually identifiable information provided during an online, tourism-related transaction related to a product or service provided by the department or its contractors.
