§ 9-27-9.1. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal

The information technology commission is terminated July 1, 2017 pursuant to the provisions of the Sunset Act. The commission shall continue to operate according to the provisions of the Department of Information Technology Act until July 1, 2018. Effective July 1, 2018, Section 9-27-9 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 2007, Chapter 290, Section 9, as amended) is repealed.
