State treasurer to make deposits.
The state treasurer shall deposit all money in his custody equitably among bank and
savings and loan association depositories and, at his discretion in credit unions applying
therefor when qualifying under the terms of this Act subject to the control and regulation
of the state board of finance as otherwise in this Act provided.
