§ 19-7-48. Existing collateral assignments ratified; application of act thereto

All existing collateral assignments heretofore filed and approved by the commissioner of public lands covering either state leases or state land purchase contracts are hereby ratified and the provisions of this act are hereby made applicable thereto.
