§ 19-8-26. Relinquishment of leases

With the consent of the commissioner, any lease issued under the provisions of this act may be relinquished in whole or in part to the state of New Mexico; provided, however, the commissioner shall not approve any relinquishment of an undivided interest therein nor less than a legal subdivision.
