§ 19-8-32. Rules and regulations authorized

The commissioner shall be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to adopt such uniform and reasonable rules and regulations as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and not inconsistent therewith, said rules to be posted in a conspicuous place in the state land office for a period of at least ten consecutive days.
