§ 21-21C-9. Penalty

Any person knowingly submitting false information to the department or its agents, which information the department has requested in order to administer the provisions of the Student Choice Act, is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
