Ballots; duty to provide.
The county clerk shall prepare and supply the ballots used in elections conducted under the
Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978]. The secretary of state may assist in preparing and
supplying ballots. Ballots other than those prepared by the county clerk or secretary of state
shall not be used.
