Ballots; uniformity.

A. Ballots shall be uniform throughout the state and compatible with the type of voting machine used in the county. B. The secretary of state shall determine in each election, where applicable, the position of the parties, constitutional amendments, questions and the names of nominees to be voted on by the voters of the entire state.
