§ 22-15-18. Posting of copy

Each local school board may, to the extent funds are available pursuant to Section 3 of the Historical Codes Act, post, in a nondiscriminatory manner not favoring one religious or ethno-cultural background over another, durable, permanent copies of the historical codes in each regular instructional classroom in the school district.
