N.M. Stat. § 77-9A-2
Cattle or sheep rest stations; licensing.
The board shall license all cattle and sheep rest stations, which shall meet minimum
rules of the board, and shall collect a license fee set by the board for each station
licensed. No applicant shall be licensed until he has posted a bond in a form and
amount approved by the board covering the faithful compliance by the licensee with all
laws and rules of the board pertaining to cattle or sheep rest stations.
