§ 26-2C-10. Cannabis training and education program licensing; sanctions

A. The division shall begin licensing cannabis training and education programs no later than January 1, 2022. B. The division may suspend a license for repeated violations of the same serious and substantial rule promulgated pursuant to the Cannabis Regulation Act pertaining to public health and safety.
