§ 6-14-11. Scope of act

The Supplemental Public Securities Act is cumulative of and in addition to all other laws concerning public securities, and any public body may issue public securities in the manner provided in the Supplemental Public Securities Act notwithstanding any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Supplemental Public Securities Act and the provisions of any other law.
