§ 21-22D-12. Osteopathic physician excellence fund

The department shall apply funds appropriated to the department from the osteopathic physician excellence fund established pursuant to Section 21-22D-13 NMSA 1978 exclusively for health professional loan repayment assistance for osteopathic primary care physicians who are licensed pursuant to the Medical Practice Act and who practice in areas of New Mexico that the department has designated as underserved.
