§ 22-2-16. Reports

The state superintendent [secretary] shall report all actions taken under provisions of Sections 22-2-14 and 22-2-15 NMSA 1978 to the legislative school study committee. The state superintendent and director shall report all actions taken under provisions of Section 22-8-30 NMSA 1978 to the legislative school study committee [legislative education study committee].
