§ 24-1K-2. Definitions

As used in the Primary Care Council Act: A. “ department ” means the human services department [health care authority department]; B. “ primary care ” means integrated, accessible health care services, provided by clinicians accountable for addressing the majority of a patient's personal health care needs, developing a sustained partnership with patients and practicing in the context of family and community; and C. “ secretary ” means the secretary of human services.
