§ 30-22-15. Maintaining male and female prisoners together

Maintaining male and female prisoners together consists of any sheriff, jailer or guard, keeping male and female prisoners in the same cell or room, unless such prisoners are man and wife. Whoever commits maintaining male and female prisoners together is guilty of a misdemeanor.
