§ 30-31-17. Order forms

Controlled substances in Schedules I and II shall be distributed by a registrant to another registrant only pursuant to an order form. Compliance with the provisions of the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970 1 respecting order forms shall be deemed 2 compliance with this section.
