§ 30-33-11. Administrative regulations

The attorney general and the New Mexico office of Indian affairs department are authorized jointly to promulgate necessary regulations, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, 2 to further the purpose and implement the provisions of the Indian Arts and Crafts Sales Act.
