§ 32A-5-43. Purpose of subsidized adoptions

It is the purpose of Sections 32A-5-43 through 32A-5-45 NMSA 1978 to encourage and promote the placement of children who are difficult to place in permanent homes through a subsidized program within the social services division of the department.
