Rule 47 . Hearings—Producing evidence.

1. Where a party intends to use documents in the party’s case-in-chief, copies of such documents shall be: (a) Provided to the opposing party within a reasonable time of receipt, creation or collation; and (b) Provided to the opposing party no later than 48 hours before the hearing or immediately upon receipt if obtained within the 48 hours.
