Rule 51 . Presence of county prisoners.

1. Request. If a Washoe County prisoner is a party to any hearing or trial conducted in the family division, the prisoner party, if he or she so requests, shall be present at such hearing or trial. 2. Notice. The moving party must notify the court bailiff at least 2 days before the hearing that the prisoner party is to be present. 3. Disclosure of aliases. The moving party must disclose to the court bailiff any and all aliases used by the prisoner party.
