Rule 36 . Service of documents upon the court.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), documents must be filed with the court in person or by regular mail. Documents will not be deemed “filed” if they are faxed or emailed to the court. (b) The following documents may be faxed or emailed to the court: (1) Proof of a defendant’s completion of a sentencing requirement; (2) Competency evaluation reports and alcohol, mental health, and substance abuse evaluation reports; (3) Declarations of arrest; (4) Any document for which the court has issued a written order granting permission to file by fax. (c) This rule applies to all cases in the Pahrump Justice Court.
