Continuing education: Extension of time.

The holder of a dealer’s, distributor’s, general serviceperson’s, specialty serviceperson’s, responsible managing employee’s or salesperson’s license issued by the Division pursuant to chapter 489 of NRS may submit a written petition to the Administrator for an extension of time in which to comply with the requirements for continuing education set forth in NRS 489.323 . The Administrator may grant an extension if he or she finds that the holder of the license has a severe hardship resulting from circumstances beyond the holder’s control which have prevented him or her from complying with the requirements.
