Grounds for probation of license agent or cancellation of authority.

The Department may: 1. Place a license agent on probation for not more than 6 months or cancel a license agent’s authority if the Department determines that the agent has violated any of the provisions of the agent’s contract or has failed to comply with any regulation of the Commission relating to license agents. 2. Cancel a license agent’s authority at the end of a calendar year if the license agent fails to sell at least 100 licensing documents per calendar year.
