Notice of results of computerized drawing.

1. The Department shall notify applicants of the results of a computerized drawing for tags or permits not later than 48 hours after the completion of the drawing. 2. For the purpose of calculating the 48-hour period pursuant to subsection 1, each drawing shall be deemed to have been completed at 5 p.m. on the day of the drawing.
