Course in safe handling of firearms; fees.

1. The Department will provide a course in the safe handling of firearms to all eligible persons. The instructor may collect a fee of $5 from each person obtaining instruction in the safe handling of firearms. 2. The Department will issue a duplicate certificate of successful completion of the course for a fee of $10.
