“Authorized inspection entity” defined.

“Authorized inspection entity” means: 1. The Enforcement Section; 2. An insurance company that: (a) Is licensed in this State to write insurance for a boiler or pressure vessel; and (b) Employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate; or 3. An inspection organization that employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate.
