“ Code ” defined.

“ Code ” means: 1. The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers with amendments and interpretations adopted by the Council of the Society and approved and adopted by the Division; 2. A code relating to the construction of boiler and pressure vessels that has been approved by the National Board and adopted by the Division; or 3. The National Board Inspection Code .
