“Heating boiler” defined.

“Heating boiler” means: 1. A steam or vapor boiler intended for operation at pressures not exceeding 15 PSIG; or 2. A hot water boiler intended for operation at pressures not exceeding 160 PSIG or temperatures of not more than 250°F, Ê that is not used to heat potable water except through a heat exchanger.
