Notification of applicant; right to appeal denial of application.

The Division will notify the applicant within 20 business days after receipt of an application that: 1. The applicant has been accepted to participate in the bond pool subject to payment of the entry deposit and the first installment of the premium due the first year; 2. The application is incomplete and identify what additional information is required; or 3. The application has been denied and the reasons for the denial. An applicant may appeal this decision pursuant to NAC 519A.630 .
