Construction; conduct of hearing.

1. The provisions of NAC 561.300 to 561.580 , inclusive, will be liberally construed to simplify and expedite hearings before the Board and Department and to ensure a fair opportunity to all parties to present their case. 2. Hearings conducted pursuant to the provisions of NAC 561.300 to 561.580 , inclusive, will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 233B of NRS.
