“Deputy brand inspector I” defined.

“ Deputy brand inspector I” means a part-time, hourly employee who: 1. Is appointed by the Administrator and confirmed by the Director; and 2. Is responsible for brand inspection activities in local areas under the supervision of an enforcement officer.
