Conformity with definitions and standards of identity in Code of Federal Regulations.

A dairy product for which a definition or standard of identity has been prescribed in Parts 53 to 209, inclusive, of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations and Parts 100 to 199, inclusive, of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as adopted by reference in NAC 584.0103 , must conform to that definition or standard of identity.
